Thai massage is suitable for most people. However, if any of the following conditions apply to you, then please to wait until you've made a full recovery before booking an appointment:

Recent fractures (last 3 months)

Any contagious diseases

Diarrhoea or vomiting

A massage should not take place after a heavy meal or while you are under the influence of alcohol
Please mention if you have any of the following conditions. It's probably still possible to have a massage. The affected areas of the body can be safely avoided most of the time.

Localised swelling

Haematoma

Varicose veins

Cuts, bruises or grazes

Scar tissue under 6 months old

A scar from a major operation less than 2 years ago

Conditions of the neck

If you have begun menstruating in the last three days

Pregnancy (abdomen)
